About Me
Hi, I'm Shelley Goulden, and I was born and raised in beautiful Clare, Nova Scotia. I’ve been working in healthcare since I was 16 and have proudly served as an LPN for 27 years. Over the years, I’ve developed a strong interest in holistic health and the body’s natural ability to heal, particularly in the area of digestive wellness. This passion has inspired me to start a new chapter by becoming a Certified Colon Hydrotherapist. I’m so excited to combine my nursing background with a more natural approach to wellness, helping others achieve their best health — inside and out.
